Mike Northcutt, Pastor
   Our pastor is a native of Montgomery and was called to serve at Eastmont in June of 1987. Brother Mike became a Christian at Capitol Heights Baptist Church, where he was also ordained to preach. After graduation from Samford University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, he served in churches in Kentucky and Alabama. Pastor Mike and his wife, Connie, were married in 1975 and have two children, Beth and Michael.

Art Long, Assistant Pastor
   Brother Art joined us our staff in 1990. A native of Montgomery, he earned a B.S. degree from Auburn University and a Master of Divinity from the Seminary in New Orleans. He has served in various positions in North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Colorado. Art served four years with the Montgomery Police Department as an officer and Strike Force (S.W.A.T.) member. Art and his wife, Kelly, were married in 1987 and have two children, Jacob and Katelyn. Art's duties include discipleship for single adults, family ministry, new members, and counseling.

Arnold Fuller, Minister of Music
   Brother Arnold is a native of Montgomery and came to Eastmont in November of 1977. He attended Clark College and the University of Alabama, and has served in churches in Ohio, Missouri, and Alabama. Arnold and his wife, Judy, were married in 1969 and have three children, Michael, Robin, and Patrick. Brother Arnold's primary ministry is in music and worship leadership.

Ed Bowman, Minister of Education and Senior Adults
   Brother Ed joined our staff in February of 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Samford University and a Master of Religious Education from Southern Seminary. He has served as a pastor, minister of music, and minister of education at churches in Montgomery, Prattville, and Defuniak Springs, Fla. Ed and his wife, Linda, were married in 1966 and have three children, Greg, Chris, and Amy. Brother Ed's ministry is in discipleship through Sunday School, senior adults, and office administration.

Ginger Andrew, Minister to Preschoolers and Children
   Ginger joined our staff in April of 1993. She has a B.S. from Louisiana College and a Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She taught elementary school for eight years and served in church staff positions at Woodley East Baptist Church and Cloverdale Baptist Church before coming to Eastmont. Ginger is married to Joe R. Andrew, and they have two children, Lesley and Jordan Rae. Ginger's primary ministry is with our preschoolers, and our children, and their families.

Steve Robinson, Minister to Youth
   Steve Robinson joined Eastmont in 2005 as our Youth Minister. He received his BS in Biblical Studies from Bethany University and is presently enrolled in the Master's Program at Bethany University. He has over 8 years experience as a Full Time Youth Pastor at Cottondale Baptist Church as well as Catoma Baptist, before coming to Eastmont. Steve and his wife, Trish have been married for 12 years and have two daughters, Jordynn and Jaycee.

Billy Dickey, Minister of Missions & Evangelism
   Brother Billy joined our staff in 2007. A native of Montgomery, he earned a B.S. degree from Troy State University. Billy served five years with the Montgomery Police Department as an officer and was promoted to detective. Billy and his wife, Debbie were married at Eastmont in 1976 and have three children, Michelle, Brad, and Tyler. Billy's duties include organizing, leading, and implementing mission trips for the church and Intentional Evangelism events to the community.
